We are very pleased with the work Vacation Pools did for us. Our project had several different elements including a pool, pavers, and artificial turf. The work crew did a meticulous and quality job completing each task. The office staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Brian was patient and efficient, making sure we were happy with the overall design. Gerald, the owner, was helpful during the review of the contract. These folks know what they are doing. We recommend them highly.

Our entire pool and system needed replacement including the heater, filter and pump. We also decided to add a hot tub and convert our system to a salt pool. We initially tried another company in Palm Desert, CA that gave us a bid much lower than the others. After many extensive problems, damages, time delays (over nine months behind the promised completion date and nowhere near finished) and unreturned phone calls and emails, we learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. We ended up firing this company and reporting them to the state.
A neighbor recommended that we call Vacation Pools, Inc. which I did and Chris promptly returned my call. He came by in a couple of days and took an assessment of our needs, offered many suggestions and gave us an estimate for the work. After comparing prices we found his estimate to be fair and his suggestions just what we wanted. Chris let us know that Zeke, their construction foreman, would be following through on our project from start to finish and that the project would be completed in no more than six weeks. Zeke contacted us right away and he and his team were prompt and had our entire pool refinished (including new cement decking), tested and running ahead of schedule. It is a very clean and professional install and all components are working great. Zeke and Connie (from the main office) also responded promptly to all of my questions. Zeke and Connie both provided feedback at each step of the way. They were patient and very comfortable with any changes we made.
Vacation Pools, Inc. came out when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do for the price we agreed upon. We give them an A+ for customer service. The biggest thing for me is that I could clearly see the superior quality of their work.
Keep it up! I own multiple homes in southern CA and I plan on calling Vacation Pools the next time I need help with a pool.

I love my pool! Gerald is the magical designer behind the whole project. Zeke implements the design to a tee. Connie is the glue that holds everything together. She is accessible and responsive to all questions. You will know you are at the final finish line when Juan comes by to do the walk through. Everything was exactly as I wanted when I first planned it with Gerald. It was even completed faster than I thought. I highly recommend Vacation Pools, inc. to anyone who wants to enhance their yard.

My backyard has been transformed by Vacation Pools, Inc. from desert rocks where I spent no time at all, into an oasis, a paradise, a dream come true! And this transformation was done while I was in Canada. You have the confidence that allows me to trust that you will do a fantastic job creating my custom spa/pool and you have exceeded my expectations! The outcome is perfection! Even the color of the water is perfection!! The bubblers are fabulous. It is all so beautiful.
I loved the photos you sent to me as the pool project began and regularly sent to me until I arrived to my brand new pool. You thought of everything. It was such a nice gesture to ensure the pool heat was on and set to the temperature I like so that I was off the plane and into the pool.
You listen to what I want. You listen regarding my pool (all the bells and whistles) and backyard (the endless list) and we manage to communicate all of this through emails into what my friends say is worthy of a magazine shoot! I agree. You have taken your vision, artistry, creativity and combined your experience and craftsmanship to create exactly what I want. Everything I ask for in creating the pool and yard is a "yes" from you and whenever I have a question, your response is, "I am on it". And you are! Everything has been accomplished on budget and on time! This pool was on my budget, with my wishes and on my timelines.
Your company exemplifies what constitutes every solid company; honesty, integrity and value for money. You love what you do and what you create and your enthusiasm is part of what allows this company to create the perfect pool in paradise.
